Jonathan Acosta has worked within the healthcare industry for over twenty years with a focus on Health Information Technology. He has direct experience in working with large payer groups, national health plans, and clinical teams engaged in Medicare & Medicare Advantage initiatives. In previous roles, Jonathan participated in market consultation for a global Health IT company in NYC specializing in risk adjustment and diagnosis coding.
Jonathan has held positions around the Washington D.C. area on client success management teams interacting with multiple health plan insurers and consulting firms. His area of expertise deals with products involving utilization trends, member diagnosis scoring and disease management programs.
Currently, Jonathan has a role on the Welby Health – Client Success Team. He works with specific clients and provider offices in the North & Southeast Region of the US. He also works closely with various clinical teams to ensure reporting deliverables, quality initiatives and Welby Health’s products & services are executed successfully.
